Role Objectives:
Lead GCM digital-content operations and analytics, including channel readiness, contentdissemination, omnichannel performance measurement and continuous improvement
Translate approved Medical channel priorities into scalable operational plans, commonmeasurement standards and actionable content and channel insights
Partner with Global Medical teams, Data Dissemination capabilities, LOCs, DD&T and MedicalExcellence to run and enhance enterprise omnichannel capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Content & Omnichannel Leadership
Lead and develop the Omnichannel Operations & Analytics team and manage priorities, capacity and delivery
Oversee the publication and availability of approved Medical content across designated channels and platforms
Maintain dissemination calendar, asset status, links, metadata, channel readiness and operational dependencies
Coordinate digital-content operations across Scientific Communications, Congress, Medical Information, LOCs and external partners
Analytics & Optimization
Establish common measurement definitions, dashboards and recurring performance reports across Medical content channels
Analyze reach, engagement, reuse, format, timing and channel performance to identify meaningful trends
Translate performance findings into recommendations on content, channel mix, timing, reuse and user experience
Support testing and implementation of approved content or channel improvements and measure the resulting impact
Governance, Technology & Performance
Ensure channel operations comply with approved non-promotional content, privacy, consent, information-security and local-market requirements
Translate operational needs into platform, integration, access and reporting requirements for DD&T and other enabling teams
Coordinate with Medical Excellence on digital and AI governance, risk controls and approved use of emerging capabilities
Monitor service performance, data quality, adoption, delivery issues and improvement actions
Escalate scientific, channel-strategy, privacy, compliance or architecture decisions to the accountable Global Medical or enabling-function owner
Qualifications:
Experience: More than 9 years of related experience; more than 6 years in the biopharmaceutical industry;experience in Medical digital channels, omnichannel operations, content analytics, digital engagement orperformance reporting; experience managing others and leading teams
Technical skills:
Strong knowledge of Medical digital channels, content dissemination and performance measurement
Experience with dashboards, analytics, content-management and channel-delivery platforms
Understanding of non-promotional communication, privacy, consent and technology-partner coordination
Education:A Medical, scientific, life sciences, analytics, digital communications, information systems,business or related degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred
Languages: Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous
