Job Description
We are looking for an Invoice to Pay Accountant to support accurate, timely, and compliant processing of supplier invoices and payments. You will work cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end AP process, strong controls, and excellent vendor experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Post purchase invoices in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Monitor payment deadlines and ensure timely execution of payments
- Respond to internal and external queries within agreed SLAs
- Perform internal control activities to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience as an Invoice to Pay Accountant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and accounting principles
- Experience working with SAP
- Professional experience in a BPO or Shared Services environment is an advantage
- Fluent English required; additional languages are welcome
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer- and service-oriented mindset
- Polish language skills are an asset
- Additional accounting certifications or courses are a plus
