Job Description

We are looking for an Invoice to Pay Accountant to join our team on a fixed-term contract for one year.

In this role, you will support the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of supplier invoices and payments. You will work cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end accounts payable process, maintain strong controls, and deliver an excellent vendor experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post purchase invoices in accordance with applicable accounting standards

• Monitor payment deadlines and ensure timely execution of payments

• Respond to internal and external queries within agreed SLAs

• Perform internal control activities to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Experience as an Invoice to Pay Accountant or in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and accounting principles

• Experience working with SAP

• Professional experience in a BPO or Shared Services environment is an advantage

• Fluent English required; additional languages are welcome

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Customer- and service-oriented mindset

• Polish language skills are an asset

• Additional accounting certifications or courses are a plus
