  • Support infrastructure lifecycle activities including upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning

5. Network Infrastructure (OT)

  • Ensure availability and resilience of OT network infrastructure supporting manufacturing and labs
  • Enforce network segmentation and security standards aligned with global architecture
  • Coordinate network changes, incidents, and recovery activities impacting production systems

6. Service Management & Operations

  • Operate services in line with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
  • Maintain CMDB accuracy, service documentation, and KPI/SLA performance
  • Proactively monitor infrastructure health, performance, and capacity

7. Lifecycle, Asset & Configuration Management

  • Manage infrastructure lifecycle including patching, upgrades, and end-of-life planning
  • Maintain asset and configuration management in line with global standards

8. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Partner with site leadership, Quality, Engineering, and Automation teams
  • Coordinate activities with production schedules and validation requirements
  • Manage third-party vendors and ensure service delivery meets site needs

9. Program Delivery & Continuous Improvement

  • Support delivery of infrastructure initiatives and projects at the site
  • Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure reliability, standardization, and performance
  • Contribute to global knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices
