Job Description
- Receipt and verification of primary documents from suppliers in compliance with Company requirements, tax and accounting legislation
- Accounting for all expenses based on primary documents in compliance with Company requirements, tax and accounting legislation
- Perform reconciliation with Suppliers and customs
- Scanning and archiving of primary documents from Suppliers
- Provide primary documents to auditors, tax authorities and other controllers by request
- Contact with Requestors regarding provided primary documents
- Taking part in improvement and automation projects to challenge status-quo and thereby contributing to continuously further development of the accounts payable and finance processes
