As Takeda continues its digital transformation and growth, we are looking for a Senior Credit & Collections Specialist passionate about digital solutions, cash management, and customer collaboration.

This is a vital role within our Customer Finance Solutions (CFS)Team supporting the Finance Organization in cash collection, cash application, and credit management.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Credit & Collections Specialist, you will:

  • Ensure collections processes are followed in line with Invoice-to-Cash controls
  • Contact customers via phone, email, and e-letters regarding outstanding invoices and remittances
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries
  • Achieve cash collection targets and manage overdue accounts
  • Clear historic items in Accounts Receivable (A/R)
  • Review credit limits and implement changes when needed
  • Perform month-end activities as required
  • Support process and system improvements, including tools like HighRadius
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or related field
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Collections
  • Business fluency in English and a second foreign language
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of SAP and relevant modules

Base Salary Range:

zł117,600.00 - zł161,700.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
