Job Description

Nous recherchons un Responsable MSL Oncologie pour encadrer, guider et développer une équipe MSL couvrant les aires thérapeutiques hématologie et tumeurs solides. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’excellence scientifique, l’engagement des experts et le déploiement de la stratégie médicale en région, dans le respect absolu des règles éthiques et de compliance.

Vos missions

Management & Leadership

  • Animer et motiver une équipe MSL, créer une dynamique collective forte.

  • Accompagner les MSL en RDV terrain / boards / staffs pour renforcer leurs compétences (communication, gestion de projet, excellence scientifique).

  • Piloter la performance individuelle et collective au regard des objectifs annuels.

  • Garantir l’excellence du travail MSL et harmoniser les pratiques entre équipes tumeurs solides & liquides.

  • Développer l’expertise scientifique de l’équipe et soutenir les plans de développement individuels.

  • Assurer le respect du budget de l’équipe médicale terrain.

Stratégie médicale & opérationnel

  • Décliner en région la stratégie médicale nationale et les PSMR.

  • Superviser les activités médicales : Symposiums, Boards, IIR, études cliniques, en lien étroit avec Pipeline & Excellence des Lancements et Study Site Engagement.

  • Garantir la qualité des partenariats scientifiques avec les professionnels de santé, dans le respect du CSP, de la loi d’encadrement des avantages et des règles Takeda.

  • Assurer un reporting clair et régulier de l’activité MSL.

Collaboration transverse

  • Contribuer activement aux CoreTeams et représenter l’OBU auprès de la communauté EUCAN des MSL Managers.

  • Travailler en alignement avec les équipes ventes, business partners et DD&T pour assurer cohérence, impact et excellence terrain.

  • Participer au déploiement de nouveaux outils (TODAI, CRM, Veeva Medical Insights…) et accompagner l’évolution du métier MSL, notamment via l’usage de l’IA.

Profil recherché

  • Formation scientifique supérieure (PharmD, MD, PhD).

  • Expérience confirmée en affaires médicales / MSL, idéalement en oncologie (tumeurs solides et/ou Hématologie).

  • Expérience avérée en management ou leadership fonctionnel d’équipe.

  • Excellentes compétences de communication scientifique et relationnelles.

  • Forte rigueur éthique et maîtrise des réglementations (CSP, loi d’encadrement des avantages…).

  • Aisance avec les outils digitaux et intérêt marqué pour les innovations IA.

  • Capacité à travailler en transversal, influencer, fédérer et engager.
