About the role:

As a member of Takeda Oncology, your work will contribute to our bold, inspiring vision: We aspire to cure cancer. As part of the Strategy & Business Operations team, you will report to Strategy & Business Operations Lead and work with Regulatory, Medical, Legal, and Commercial teams.

How you will contribute:

  • The role of Senior Manager, PRAM provides the Commercial Organization with strategic partnership, leadership, and direction to develop implement, and refine processes that contribute to the approval, production, distribution and maintenance of marketing materials. This individual is responsible for developing and implementing the approval of modular content and reusable content operations within Veeva PromoMats for the Oncology organization.

  • The Senior Manager is responsible for the success and efficiency of the department. He/she creates a successful department through budget management, project planning, workflow and processes, communication, customer satisfaction, and optimizing the performance of employees. Further, the senior manager is responsible for tracking progress (e.g. reducing cycle times or time to review) and maintaining performance metrics.

  • This position oversees the Review & Approval process, print and digital Production, and Fulfilment for advertising and promotion for Takeda in accordance with company policy and standard operating procedures (SOPs) including but not limited to Marketing, Sales Training, and Corporate Communications promotional material.

  • This individual will work closely with Regulatory, Medical, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure digital and print promotional material is approved and distributed in accordance with SOPs.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in business or science-related concentration

  • 6 - 8 years of pharmaceutical industry or highly regulated industry experience

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical promotional guidelines and regulations (e.g. FDA/OPDP regulatory issues relevant to advertising and promotion)

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel)

  • Proficient with PromoMats Veeva International Vault content management system

  • Ability to prioritize high-volume workload based on challenges and business needs, with minimal supervision, working with sense of urgency and efficiency

  • People Management experience preferred

  • Exceptional program management and organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal, written. and auditory communication skills

  • Strong understanding of promotional inventory logistics

  • Experience with conflict management and successful negotiation

  • Proven proactive, collaborative leadership, with ability to identify challenges and provide solutions, working cross multi-functional teams and all levels, including senior management

  • Budget management

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$133,000.00 - $209,000.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S.based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
