Job Description
Takeda is embarking on a multi-year transformation program, with the migration of our current SAP platform to S/4HANA as a fundamental enabler. This program will significantly impact and in many cases transform our business processes. This role will contribute to establishing the foundation for Takeda process excellence through the Signavio platform which will be extensively utilized during and after the program as the platform to design, implement and monitor our business processes.
The role will combine a strong focus on SAP Signavio features to drive our process management initiatives and to leverage data engineering insights to enhance decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Signavio Process Intelligence / Process Mining analysis (event log design, KPI definitions, process variants, conformance), guiding stakeholders on best practices and interpretation.
- Own use case scoping for Process Intelligence and continuous improvement: gather requirements with business/process teams and translate them into clear data and KPI specifications (case definition, activities, timestamps, attributes, KPI formulas), including effort/cost assumptions.
- Define and runs the ETL / extraction requirements and rules needed for Signavio use cases (sources, fields, joins, business rules, refresh frequency, and success criteria)
- Build and maintain Process Intelligence analytical assets inside Signavio (datasets, measures, dashboards/tiles, analysis views) to support insight generation and value tracking.
- Monitor and improve data quality and metric reliability from an analytics perspective (identify gaps, propose fixes, update logic/documentation), while the Platform Engineer monitors the technical platform/integration health.
- Ensure PI datasets, definitions, and outputs align with regulatory, quality, legal, and compliance requirements.
Key Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline; or equivalent practical experience
- You have at least 4-6 years of relevant work experience on process excellence data management and analytics
- Understanding of key customer processes, such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Issue-to-Resolution,
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, SAP), data extraction, data analysis, reporting, etc.
- Experience with SQL, database technologies, ETL, and/or programming (Java, Python, R, etc.)
- Solid understanding of process management concepts, BPM technology, etc.
- Preferably previous experience with process mining tools (e.g. Fluxicon, Celonis, ARIS Process Performance Manager, QPR, etc.)
- Strong analytical, communication skills and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, you show initiative and enjoy being part of a great team in an international organization
- Applying AI supporting analysis and data extraction methods
