Job Description
Takeda is embarking on a multi-year transformation program, with the migration of our current SAP platform to S/4HANA as a fundamental enabler. This program will significantly impact and in many cases transform our business processes. This role will contribute to establishing the foundation for Takeda process excellence through the Signavio platform which will be extensively utilized during and after the program as the platform to design, implement and monitor our business processes.
The role will combine a strong focus on SAP Signavio features to drive our process management initiatives and to leverage data engineering insights to enhance decision-making.
Key Responsibilites:
- Drive the adoption of platform vision, outcomes, and targets (process transparency, standardization, improvement pipeline)
- Drive the implementation of the platform roadmap (features, integrations, governance enhancements) and prioritize demand vs capacity
- Align with Enterprise Architecture, Process Excellence/Lean, and SAP transformation programs
- Own access governance and authorization management by designing and maintaining the role/permission model, leading user onboarding/offboarding, and performing periodic access reviews to ensure audit readiness
- Own Signavio governance and implementation of workflows (approvals, review cycles, quality gates) so governance is enforced through the tool not only by guidance documents.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to capture governance requirements and translate them into platform configuration (workflows, authorization rules, templates, structures).
- Partner with the Platform Engineer on change governance: make sure changes affecting permissions/workflows/templates are assessed, communicated, and implemented in a controlled way.
- Ensure Signavio usage meets regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements (data protection and audit expectations), and that governance controls are documented and repeatable
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline; or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record in the role on Signavio or similar Process Excellence platforms for 8+ years
- Proven track record in SAP Signavio administration, configuration, and auditing
- Experience on Roadmap and backlog prioritization as well demand intake and triage and OKRs/KPIs tracking value realization
- Experience in Process governance literacy (BPMN basics, repository/IA design)
