Job Description
About the Role:
Lead high-impact DD&T initiatives at Takeda—owning delivery end-to-end (scope, timeline, budget, risks, vendors, and governance) and keeping leadership aligned with crisp, high-quality reporting. As a Project Manager / SCRUM Master, you’ll guide cross-functional pods through approvals and execution, remove blockers fast, and bring agile ways of working to modern platforms and GxP environments.
How you will contribute:
- Project planning and coordination within the DD&T (Data, Digital and Technology) scope
- Responsible for all aspects of project delivery, e.g. schedule, risk, budget, stakeholders, contracts, resources, etc. , ensuring in-time and in-budget project delivery
- Stakeholder management & project status reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with Takeda-specific project management procedures
- Regular updates in project management tools to ensure 100% data quality.
- Coordination of pods or project teams with internal and external stakeholders.
- Timely escalation of obstacles to in-time and in-budget project delivery.
- Driving projects through the approval process.
- Driving procurement of required project resources.
- Coordination of regular project steering committee alignments.
- Involvement of experts and non-local teams to ensure continuous progress.
- Monitoring progress and costs against targets.
- Project status reporting to portfolio- and site-leadership-level stakeholders
What you bring to Takeda:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Programming, Production, or a related field.
- Multiple years of operations experience ideally in IT functions.
- Proven track record in IT project preparation, navigating approval processes, planning and delivery on time and in budget.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English and the ability to describe complex problems in easy-to-understand language.
Preferred:
- Prior experience delivering enterprise resource planning, laboratory information management systems, manufacturing executing systems or documentation management systems.
- Prior experience collaborating with experts in Databricks, Power Platform, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with data management frameworks.
- SCRUM Master or other trainings on Agile methodologies.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

A competitive remuneration package with a minimum salary of € 4.270,14 gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) - the actual salary is higher and depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
