Staňte se tváří našehoplasmaférického centra BioLife v Mostěa přivítejte dárce krevní plasmy s úsměvem. Hledáme spolehlivou a vstřícnou posilu na pozici Administrativní pracovník/ce – recepce, která bude klíčovým článkem při zajištění hladkého chodu recepce a prvního kontaktu s našimi dárci.

Co u nás budete dělat?

  • Přivítáte a zaregistrujete dárce krevní plasmy – osobně i telefonicky
  • Budete pracovat s rezervačním systémem a databází
  • Zajistíte vyplácení kompenzací dárcům
  • Poskytnete informace o benefitech pro dárce, aktuálních i nadcházejících akcích, a pomůžete s rezervací termínů
  • Zkontrolujete základní kritéria pro vstup dárce a předáte potřebné informace

Koho hledáme?

  • Máte příjemné a profesionální vystupování
  • Umíte pracovat s počítačem (MS Office)
  • Baví vás komunikace s lidmi a zvládnete i náročnější situace s klidem
