For our Data, Digital & Technology Nordic team we are looking for a new DD&T Technology Partner who will be supporting with technology expertise in deployment, development and adaptation of Data and Insights systems, tools, and processes across the Nordics.
This role is based in Sweden, Finland, Norway or Denmark and you will be working out of our offices in Stockholm, Helsinki, Asker or Copenhagen two days a week.

To that end you will get a lot of exposure to technology and stakeholders across Takeda, and for our team it is all about leveraging and enhancing the way we work with data and technology in our commitment to patients, our people and the planet,” says your new manager Martin Kärnek, Data & Insights Senior Lead, Nordic MCO
Your primary responsibilities will be
- Act as a bridge between local, EUCan and global teams for technology support and provide expert guidance on how to best leverage Takeda technology to realize value.
- Drive technical best practice across D&I team, maximizing use of existing Takeda Tech stack and Tech support organizations.
- Drive implementation of new global technologies in the areas of Omnichannel and CRM in the Nordics.
- Support implementations of new tools / platforms and updates to existing technology (e.g., Salesforce Customer Data Platform, Voice of the Customer).
We are looking for your excellent understanding of how to fully utilize our powerful omnichannel ecosystem to execute successful campaigns and generate valuable engagement data. Your know-how will guide in best practice and further development of the ecosystem.
To be successful in this role we imagine that you have
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in commercial IT/technology support in a Nordic or cross-regional role working with tools like PowerBi, SFMC, Matomo, Drupal, Veeva or similar
- Excellent skills in the technical implementation, integration, development and management of D&I and CRM systems.
- In-depth understanding of commercial business with the ability to influence, challenge and innovate to enable commercial strategic imperatives.
- Fluency in English and any Nordic language
