GMSジャパン サプライチェーンマネジメント(SCM)部は、グローバルに製品を展開するタケダの製造部門と販売部門の間に立ち、製品の安定供給に対するプランニング及びオペレーションを担っています。今回募集するサプサプライチェーンマネージメント アンド デジタルでは、これらSCM上のデジタルトランスフォーメションを中心とした戦略を構築し、より高度なSCMを実現するためにAIやRPA等、最新のデジタル技術を駆使し、これらの業務をより高度化するプロジェクトマネジメントを推進しています。当グループはIT企業出身者から、SCM実務経験者まで幅広い分野のバックグランドを持ったメンバーで構成されており、チーム員がそれぞれ協力し合い、お互いを高めていけるような環境です。

職務内容

  • AIおよびRPA等を用いたSCMのプロセス改善と自動化の推進
  • SCMに関連するデータの収集、分析、およびモデリング
  • 新しいテクノロジーや技術の導入とその効果の評価
  • プロジェクトマネジメント、チームとの協業とコミュニケーション
  • プロジェクトの進捗管理と報告
  • ベンダーおよび社内IT系及び他部門との連携

応募必須条件

<実務経験> 

  • Pythonやその他プログラミング言語の知識、それらを用いたデータ分析およびモデリングの経験
  • SCMの基本知識と経験
  • AIおよびRPAに関する知識と実務経験
  • プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
  • 問題解決の能力とクリティカルシンキング

望ましい条件

  • AI/MLの実装経験
  • データサイエンティストとしての実務経験
  • 大規模データの取り扱い経験
  • SAP等、ERPシステムの導入や、関連プロジェクトの経験
  • クラウドプラットフォーム(AWS, Azureなど)の利用経験
  • サプライチェーンに関する高度な知識や資格

学士あるいは修士

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

  • Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

  • Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)

  • Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
