GMSジャパン サプライチェーンマネジメント（SCM）部は、グローバルに製品を展開するタケダの製造部門と販売部門の間に立ち、製品の安定供給に対するプランニング及びオペレーションを担っています。今回募集するサプサプライチェーンマネージメント アンド デジタルでは、これらSCM上のデジタルトランスフォーメションを中心とした戦略を構築し、より高度なSCMを実現するために生成AIやRPAを活用するプロジェクトマネジメントを推進しています。当グループはIT企業出身者から、SCM実務経験者まで幅広い分野のバックグランドを持ったメンバーで構成されており、チーム員がそれぞれ協力し合い、お互いを高めていけるような環境です。

職務内容

• 生成AIおよびRPA等を用いたSCMのプロセス改善と自動化の推進
• SCMに関連するデータの収集、分析、およびモデリング
• 新しいテクノロジーや技術の同友とその効果の評価
• プロジェクトマネジメント、チームとの協業とコミュニケーション
• プロジェクトの進捗管理と報告
• ベンダーおよび社内IT系及び他部門との連携

応募必須条件

＜実務経験＞　

• SCMの基本知識と経験
• 生成AIおよびRPAに関する知識と実務経験
• データ分析およびモデリングの経験
• プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
• 問題解決の能力とクリティカルシンキング

望ましい条件

• Pythonやその他プログラミング言語に精通している方
• AI/MLの実装経験
• 大規模データの取り扱い経験
• クラウドプラットフォーム（AWS, Azureなど）の利用経験
• サプライチェーンに関する高度な知識や資格
• Pharmaceutical Science分野（特に製剤開発）の業務経験

＜学歴＞

学士あるいは修士

＜語学力＞

英語力：ビジネスレベル以上（TOEIC730点以上）

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

• Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

• Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

• Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

• Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
