Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP ECC6.0 to SAP HANA projects across business functions. The ideal candidate will have finance background, strong project management capabilities, solid SAP implementation experience, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Manage SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and detailed project plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, SMEs, SAP functional consultants, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure project governance, documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering, solution design discussions, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests in a timely manner.
  • Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Ensure quality delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Support change management and user adoption activities during SAP transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience, including SAP-related projects.
  • Proven experience managing at least 1 full-cycle SAP rollout projects.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Experience in budget control, resource planning, and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with testing, data migration, integration, and change management processes.
  • Finance background required, 5 years above experience in cost accounting and/or manufacturing finance, Strong understanding of SAP across finance and manufacturing-related modules, including FI, PP, PM, MM, QM, and WM, as well as BOMs, recipes, production versions, labor rates, and overhead rates.
  • English is must 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
  • Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Accounting and tax experience is preferred
