Role:
The Talent Acquisition Partner role is designed to enhance the organization's ability to attract and secure top talent, ensuring that the workforce is well-equipped to meet Takeda's goals. By managing the full recruitment cycle, from promoting the company as an ideal employer to placing candidates in roles that match their skills and aspirations, this position supports the building of a diverse and dynamic team aligned with Takeda's mission of bringing better health and a brighter future to people worldwide.
Building relationships with universities, and enhancing the employer brand to attract top young talent. They play a key role in shaping the organization's talent acquisition efforts and employer branding initiatives.
Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end search strategy and execution with a focus on metric-driven assignments.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to select high-quality talent.
- Guide Hiring Managers on recruitment processes using core Talent Acquisition applications.
- Facilitate 'Recruiting Strategy' meetings to set expectations and deliverables.
- Consult on diversity recruitment goals and ensure diverse candidate slates.
- Provide counsel on candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and market trends.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates, internal/external clients, and partners.
- Successfully negotiate employment offers and secure candidate acceptance.
- Stay informed of labor market trends and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Identify recruitment challenges and provide feedback to enhance processes.
- Generate a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates in partnership with the Talent Intelligence team.
- Build Takeda’s reputation as a top employer through social, events, and candidate engagement marketing
- Meet staffing metrics including Time-to-Fill, Cost-Per-Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction, Candidate Satisfaction and Quality of Hire.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of professional recruitment experience and/or relevant experience with transferrable skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing the candidate process orchestrating a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Prior use of behavioral-based interviewing and selection models required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate complex issues and concepts to a wide range of external and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in sourcing and hiring candidates within the pharma / biotech / life sciences industry is strongly preferred.
- Location & travel requirements: Domestic travel required, estimated 10-20%
- This is a Hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office 4 days a week.
