Rare Business Unit Marketing Internship

Our internship program blends real world experience with an extensive overview of the pharmaceutical industry. Tutor will provide guidance as you gain professional hands-on experience to start your career or further develop in your expertise.
You will be involved in cross functional activities aimed to plan innovative solutions for patients to improve patient outcomes and create societal value through partnerships.
We are looking for a highly motivated Intern to support the Business Unit Rare Senior Brand Manager.
You will get exposure to different departments collaborating closely with Rare BU department and being actively involved in many strategic and operational topics.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
The objective of the internship is to provide practical knowledge of marketing processes and activities within a Rare Disease Business Unit of a multinational pharmaceutical company. In particular, the intern will have the opportunity to support the Senior Brand Manager and interact with other internal and external members of the BU in the realization of the following activities:
- Support in optimizing the positioning and communication of Replagal and in creating related promotional materials.
- Support in defining and implementing a multi-channel plan in collaboration with the OCE business partner.
- Support in creating or revising brand forecasts and monitoring/predicting any deviations from the plan.
- Support in analyzing market trends and competitors.
- Support in the implementation of congress events and ECM events.
They will also have the opportunity to deepen all the issues related to the BU, actively collaborating in daily activities, resolving critical issues and supporting the design and implementation of any new processes aimed at improving activities.
SKILLS and CAPABILITIES
- University Degree qualification (scientific background preferred).
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Efficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Creativity, capacity to innovate and think differently.
- Willingness to acquire scientific knowledge and continuously seeks to refresh and expand therapeutic area knowledge.
