Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Brand and Customer Lead Czech republic.
The main responsibility of this role is to oversee the sales and marketing of Livtencity and manage the administrative aspects of Natpar.
This position is ideal for someone currently in a Key Account Manager (KAM) role who is looking to further develop their career.
As an experienced professional, you specialize in solving various complex problems, sometimes referring to established precedents and policies. Your work involves analyzing diverse data and selecting appropriate methods for solutions, while networking with senior professionals in your field. You possess a complete understanding of principles, concepts, and industry practices, exerting some influence on organizational objectives. You often work independently under general direction, occasionally leading small project teams, and may represent the organization in contractual or project matters, interacting with senior internal and external personnel. You might also participate in training junior staff.
About the role:
The Product/Brand Marketing, Manager is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of a product or product line, from gathering user requirements to developing enhancements and strategies to maximize product appeal. This role contributes to Takeda's mission by ensuring products meet market needs and drive business growth.
How you will contribute:
* Gather user requirements and design product enhancements
* Develop product packaging, samples, and prototypes
* Research and develop strategies to maximize product/brand appeal
* Monitor product performance and direct marketing adjustments
* Execute channel marketing activities, including trade and category management
* Lead digital marketing activities, including SEO and social media marketing
* Manage direct marketing activities via telephone, email, and digital communications
* Lead technical marketing activities for specialized products
* Coach and review work of lower-level professionals
* Lead small project teams and represent the organization in project matters
Skills and qualifications:
* Applies advanced merchandising techniques in complex situations and coaches others on strategic approaches.
* Fully capable of leading public relations efforts, providing expert advice and managing intricate campaigns.
* Utilizes deep market research skills to lead studies and offer insights that shape marketing strategies.
* Independently executes email marketing campaigns and guides team members in complex scenarios.
* Develops and implements brand awareness strategies independently, advising team members on best practices.
* Creates sophisticated designs using Adobe InDesign and mentors others in utilizing this software effectively.
* Leads the strategic application of brand strategy in complex situations and contributes to branding practice improvements.
* Manages marketing communications efforts, offering guidance and expert advice in challenging projects.
* Expertly manipulates images with Adobe Photoshop, providing advanced technique training to others.
* Manages tasks requiring high attention to detail, independently solving complex issues and advising on precision.
* Leads new product development projects, focusing on market analysis and customer needs, while managing complex situations.
* Navigates and applies advanced SEO strategies, advising on future trends and improvements.
