Job Description

  • Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) administrator & Engineer.
  • Planning and scheduling of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies for equipments based on schedules, and availability of clearance and resources.
  • Responsible for maintaining data in the CMMS system pertaining to the Equipment, Systems, Functional locations master data, maintenance plan, Bill of Materials (BOM), Maintenance schedules, Task lists in the system.
  • Maintains spare parts master and ensure the required spares are available for carrying out the maintenance activities.  
  • Understands simple issue related to maintenance activity and aligns the requirement to continually improve the maintenance procedures.
  • Is conversant with Statutory aspects for applicable regulations pertaining to Pressure vessels, Rotating equipment, Lifting tools and tackles and schedules the plan for performing the tests periodically

Must Have Knowledge & application at

  • Maintenance of equipments mechanical aspects
  • Shall have a good knowledge in understanding maintenance concepts, scheduling and planning.
  • Strong understanding of site EHS systems, permit-to-work, and lockout-tagout practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of ISO system: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, pharm cGMP systems shall be preferred

Good To Have

  • Hands on experience on CMMS / SAP -PM
  • Working in Paperless setup.
  • Understanding and knowledge in Agile operating systems like standard work, 5’s implementation etc
  • Six Sigma concepts    

Decision-making and Autonomy

  • Must have capacity and authority to make simple decisions and escalate complex issues timely. Shall be capable to solve simple problems independently  

Interaction

  • Internal: Manufacturing/Production, Quality, Maintenance Lead, Spare Parts Manager, EHS, Finance, Supply chain and other internal stake holders
  • External: Service providers / AMC agencies / Competent persons for testing

Innovation

  • Should have a passion to learn, understand continually and suggest new ideas for improvement of the systems

Complexity

  • Should have a bent to work in culturally diverse team and in shift operations involving hands on work on equipment maintenance.
