Job Description
About the role:
The Product Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing the lifecycle of Livtencity and working on CMV infection and/or disease in adult patients who have undergone a haematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) or solid organ transplant (SOT). This role involves gathering user requirements, developing product enhancements, and creating strategies to maximize product appeal. By ensuring effective marketing and product management, this role supports Takeda's mission to bring better health to people and a brighter future to the world.
How you will contribute:
Gather user requirements and design product enhancements
Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize product/brand appeal and been able to drive communication for different both SOT (specific organ requirements) and HSCT
Monitor product performance and make the necessary marketing adjustment
Manage multiple media channels to ensure consistent brand presence
Analyze campaign outcomes to refine marketing tactics
Provide guidance and coaching to team members
Create engaging presentations to communicate marketing strategies
Skills and qualifications:
Lead Livtencity and the CMV area in transplantation in a cross-functional manner
Apply market research techniques to gather critical data and insights on targeted customer segments.
Capable of developing clear and compelling brand strategies that resonate with diverse demographics.
Manages multiple media channels effectively, ensuring consistent and impactful brand presence using the tools and channels provided by Takeda
Designs and executes marketing strategies that effectively promote products and enhance brand visibility.
Analyzes campaign outcomes to refine marketing tactics and improve future initiatives.
Provides guidance to team members, leveraging industry practices and general knowledge to achieve marketing objectives.
Creates engaging presentations that effectively communicate marketing strategies and outcomes.
Understands the fundamentals of public relations and applies them to enhance brand image.
Utilizes marketing communication tools to create meaningful customer interactions.
Prioritize tasks effectively with guidance, ensuring timely project completion.
Produces well-structured written content for various marketing channels.
Executes basic social media marketing campaigns, understanding platform-specific requirements and audience engagement strategies.
As a solid professional, you receive assignments with objectives and goals, providing guidance to employees based on established policies. Your work is reviewed by management to assess goal achievement and adherence to policies, with opportunities to recommend policy changes within your unit or sub-unit. You address moderate scope problems, applying judgment within defined procedures and policies, and act as an advisor when needed. Your role involves frequent use of industry practices and general knowledge, ensuring project completion on schedule, primarily liaising internally with subordinates and supervisors, with minimal external contacts and guidance.
