Job Description
As a Finance Trainee at Takeda, you will gain valuable experience in corporate financial operations within a dynamic and purpose-driven environment. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to our shared mission of improving lives.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses for data-driven decision-making.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes across Takeda functions.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to innovate and optimize processes.
Create strong financial narratives to support our commercial strategy.
Requirements:
- Mandatory requirement: The candidate must be able to sign a full-time, one-year agreement with the university.
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
High-level communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Proficiency in financial tools, Microsoft Excel, and ideally Power BI.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a dynamic global organization.
Passion for contributing to Takeda’s mission and values: integrity and innovation.
