Accountabilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify barriers and opportunities for market access.
- Analyze healthcare policies, pricing regulations, and reimbursement landscapes.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulators, and payers.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to present data and insights.
- Strategy Development
- Contribute to the development of market access strategies for new and existing therapies.
- Support the preparation of value dossiers, health economic models, and submissions to health authorities.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of market access data.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity for all market access activities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and execution of market access strategies.
- Support internal communication and training initiatives related to market access.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, Finance or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical industry and market access.
