Job Description

Are you passionate about transforming healthcare through innovation? At Takeda UK & Ireland, we’re looking for a dynamic and purpose-driven individual to lead our digital health agenda and drive impactful 3D (Digital Health, Data & Intelligence, Diagnostics) solutions that improve patient outcomes and experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Champion Takeda’s digital health strategy across UK & Ireland, identifying key leverage points in the patient journey and aligning innovative digital solutions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of high-impact, near-term digital offerings with measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to co-create scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly into UK & Ireland healthcare ecosystems.
  • Act as a thought leader, staying ahead of digital health trends and sharing insights to strengthen Takeda’s position as an innovation leader.
  • Ensure all initiatives align with regulatory standards, including the ABPI Code of Conduct.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll partner closely with cross-functional business teams, healthcare providers, patients, and industry collaborators—locally and across EUCAN—to accelerate digital capabilities and foster meaningful change.

What You’ll Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, business, technology).
  • 8+ years of experience in digital health, healthcare technology, or related areas.
  • Deep understanding of the UK healthcare landscape and emerging trends.
  • A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proven track record of delivering digital health solutions with real-world impact.
  • Integrity, curiosity, and a commitment to responsible innovation.
  • Existing network in healthcare and experience building long-term partnerships.
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking and agile methodologies.
  • ABPI Certification
