We are looking for a Content Excellence Partner to transform Takeda’s content approval and delivery processes. This role will simplify complex workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and accelerate speed-to-market across platforms such as PromoMats / Marv (regulatory content review & approval platform), Aprimo (digital asset content management system) and Shaman (modular digital content creation & presentation platform). Acting as a catalyst for operational excellence, you will drive modular content strategies, optimize performance through data insights, and embed content excellence principles across the organization.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the approval ecosystem across PromoMats, Marv, Aprimo, and Shaman, ensuring they are implemented, and workflows are fast and compliant.
Electronic Approval Systems (EAS):
Implement AI capabilities to automate checks and provide actionable insights for smarter decision-making.
Establish and maintain standards of governance to balance compliance with agility for marketing and medical teams.
Design scalable, future-ready processes that adapt to evolving business needs.
Content Excellence:
Lead the adoption of modular content strategies and tagging standards to maximize reuse and impact.
Apply AI-driven analytics to optimize content performance and accelerate delivery.
Content Re-use and creation:
Lead the implementation of Aprimo and Shaman across the organization, ensuring they are fully embedded into day‑to‑day marketing and medical workflows.
Drive effective change management to support teams in adopting new processes, tools, and ways of working.
KEY KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries.
Expertise is desirable in content management platforms (PromoMats, Marv), digital asset management (Aprimo), and digital content creation platforms (Shaman).
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and EAS systems.
Ability to deliver training and strategic projects/initiatives at a national level and national impact Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and content lifecycle management.
Proven ability to manage and translate changing business processes for broader organizational adoption.
Experience and understanding of changing business processes and ability to translate for the wider business and articulate & cascade clearly
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to drive continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional impact.
