【募集要項】

武田薬品大阪工場の製薬品質部内のLaboratory Serviceグループの社員を募集します。

Laboratory Serviceは品質管理のうち、試験以外のほとんどの業務を担当しています。主な業務は設備導入、校正、CAPEX, OPEXマネジメント、分析技術、文書、教育、LIMS、安定性、参考品、サンプリングです。

その中で設備導入 (Qualification)または分析技術に専門性のある方を募集します。

<設備導入>

主にHPLC, GCといった理化学試験機器の機器を導入します。予算化、URS, IOQ, PQ等を含めた機器導入のための業務を行います。

上記のような一般的な分析器に加え、Automationを加速するために自動化、無人化を目的とした機器の導入も進めています。

<分析技術>

局方の改訂、プロセス改善等による分析法のベリフィケーションや変更管理等、試験Gが定常試験を実施するために技術的なパートの業務を担当します。

製剤技術や製造部、他サイト等、幅広いステークスホルダーと連携します。上記に関する高い専門性を有するとともに、コミュニケーション能力も重視します。

【応募要件】

  • 高校卒業以上の学位
  • 上記業務(設備導入・分析技術)に関する実務経験と専門知識
  • GMP及び製造プロセスに関する知識(quality, operations, facilities, cost accounting等)
  • 初級レベルの英語力(読み書き及び会話)
  • Leadership, people management*, and technical capabilities(*有ると望ましい)

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

  • Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

  • Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)

  • Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
