医薬品工場における、原材料管理およびサプライヤの管理を行うグループです。医薬品に使用される原料・材料が、適切な品質マネジメントを持つ供給業者から提供されていることを保証するために、マテリアルおよびサプライヤの適格性を評価し、維持することを行っています。

職務内容

ご経験やスキルに応じて、下記業務をご担当いただきます。

・供給業者との品質取り決めの作成

・新規供給業者に対する適格性評価の進捗管理

・既存の供給業者の認定ステータスの維持管理

・上記業務に関するグループメンバー、関連部署および供給業者とのコミュニケーション

応募要件

＜実務経験＞

・品質業務の経験 （歓迎要件：医薬品工場QA経験）

・取り決め書など業者間の契約に関する業務経験

＜学歴＞

高校卒業以上

＜スキル＞

・PCスキル （Word, Excel, Powerpointなど）
・デジタルスキル （PowerBIなどあれば望ましい）

＜語学＞

語学力は必須要件ではありませんが、歓迎要件としてビジネスレベル英語力（TOEIC 730点以上）

＜その他＞

（必要に応じ）出張が必要となる場合があります

待遇

諸手当：通勤交通費、借家補助費、勤務時間外手当など

昇給：原則年1回　

賞与：原則年2回

勤務時間：本社（大阪市中央区・東京都中央区）9:00～17:30、工場（山口県光市・大阪市淀川区）8:00～16:45 、（千葉県成田市）8:30～17:15 、 研究所（神奈川県藤沢市）9:00～17:45

休日：土曜、日曜、祝日、メーデー、年末年始など（年間123日程度）

働き方関連制度：フレックスタイム制、テレワーク勤務制導入（対象社員）

休暇：年次有給休暇、特別有給休暇、傷病休暇、ファミリーサポート休暇、産前産後休暇、育児休暇、子の看護休暇、介護休暇
