Job Description
OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
デジタル/自動化システムの安定運用と継続的改善
- 既存のデジタル・自動化システムの安定稼働を確保し、運用改善や最適化を継続的に実施する。 部門横断のデジタルプロジェクト推進とステークホルダー連携強化
- 他部門のデジタル担当者と連携し、組織全体のデジタル施策を統合的に推進する。 デジタルロードマップの策定と実行支援
- 部門ニーズに基づく中長期的なデジタル戦略を策定し、現場への浸透と実行を支援する。 製造現場データの利活用推進とデータ基盤の強化
- データ収集・加工・解析の仕組みを整備し、データ可用性向上と価値創出につながる活用を企画・推進する。 データ分析に基づく改善提案と意思決定支援
- 適切な解析ツールを選定・適用し、得られた知見をマネジメント層や現場へ提言する。 AI・自動化技術を活用した業務改革と価値創出
- 生成AIや自動化技術を活用し、業務効率化や意思決定高度化につながる改善活動を主導する。 デジタルイノベーション文化の醸成と組織スキル向上

Ensure stable operation and continuous improvement of digital and automation systems
- Maintain the reliability of existing digital and automation systems while driving ongoing optimization and operational enhancements. Lead cross-functional digital initiatives and strengthen stakeholder collaboration
- Partner with digital representatives across departments to advance integrated digital initiatives and support enterprise-wide alignment. Support the development and execution of the digital roadmap
- Contribute to the creation of mid- to long-term digital strategies based on departmental needs and facilitate their adoption and execution on the shop floor. Promote data utilization and enhance the manufacturing data foundation
- Establish and improve data collection, transformation, and analytics capabilities to increase data availability and enable value creation. Provide insights and decision support through data analytics
- Select and apply appropriate analytical tools, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to management and operational teams. Drive operational improvement and value creation through AI and automation technologies
- Leverage generative AI and automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency and elevate decision-making processes. Foster a culture of digital innovation and enhance organizational capabilities
- Promote the adoption of advanced technologies such as data visualization tools, AR/VR, and Digital Twin, while supporting organization-wide digital literacy and accelerating digital transformation. Ensure data governance and regulatory compliance
- Support the development and revision of system specifications and SOPs in alignment with regulatory requirements and change management processes, ensuring the reliability of the digital foundation.
ACCOUNTABILITIES

- オートメーションシステムのSMEとして、製造プロセス改善や業務効率化につながる分析・提案を行う。得られた知見をマネジメント層や現場へ提供する。
- システム利用者の管理と必要なトレーニングを提供し、運用レベルの維持・向上を図る。
トラブルシューティングと技術サポート
- 自動化システムに関する一次対応・問題解決を行い再発防止策も含めたオンサイトサポートを提供する。
デジタルロードマップの策定と実行支援
- 部門ニーズに基づく中長期的なデジタル戦略や新技術導入に向けた計画の策定に参画し、現場への展開・定着を支援する。
データ基盤の整備と製造データ利活用の推進
- データ収集・加工・解析の仕組みを整備し、データ可用性と品質を向上させる。
- 製造現場データを活用したユースケースを企画し、水平展開可能なソリューションを設計・提案する。
デジタルイノベーション文化の醸成とスキル向上支援
- データ可視化、AR/VR、Digital Twin など先端技術の導入を推進し、組織全体のデジタルリテラシー向上を支援する。
- 現場・技術部門への指導を通じて、データ活用能力の底上げとDX文化の定着を促進する。
データガバナンスと規制遵守の確保
- GMP、CSV、ALCOAなどの規制基準に沿って、システム仕様書・SOPの作成・改訂を支援する。
- データ品質・セキュリティ・変更管理を適切に運用し、デジタル基盤の信頼性を担保する。
ステークホルダーマネジメントと部門横断連携
- データ、デジタル&テクノロジー、データサイエンス、ビジネスエクセレンスなど関連部門と連携し、プロジェクトステークホルダーマネジメントを行う。
- 組織横断のデジタル施策を統合的に推進し、全体最適を実現する。
Operational Management and Continuous Improvement through Digital/Automation Systems
- Serve as the SME for automation systems, conducting analyses and proposing improvements that enhance manufacturing processes and operational efficiency, and providing insights to both management and shop-floor teams.
- Manage system users and deliver necessary training to maintain and elevate operational capability.
Troubleshooting and Technical Support
- Provide first-line response and issue resolution for automation systems, including on-site support with preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
Development and Execution of the Digital Roadmap
- Participate in the development of mid- to long-term digital strategies and plans for new technology adoption based on departmental needs, and support deployment and adoption on the shop floor.
Enhancement of Data Infrastructure and Promotion of Manufacturing Data Utilization
- Establish and improve mechanisms for data collection, transformation, and analysis to enhance data availability and quality.
- Develop use cases leveraging manufacturing site data and design scalable solutions for broader deployment.
Fostering a Digital Innovation Culture and Enhancing Organizational Skills
- Promote the adoption of advanced technologies such as data visualization tools, AR/VR, and Digital Twin, supporting the enhancement of digital literacy across the organization.
- Strengthen data utilization capabilities and embed a culture of digital transformation through guidance and hands-on support for manufacturing and technical teams.
Ensuring Data Governance and Regulatory Compliance
- Support the creation and revision of system specifications and SOPs in alignment with regulatory standards such as GMP, CSV, and ALCOA.
- Ensure the reliability of the digital foundation through proper management of data quality, security, and change control.
Stakeholder Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with related functions such as Data, Digital & Technology, Data Science, and Business Excellence to manage project stakeholders effectively.
- Drive integrated execution of cross-functional digital initiatives to achieve overall organizational optimization.
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

- 高卒以上の学歴を有していること。
- 製薬関連の経験や、工場での勤務経験を有することが望ましい。
知識・経験
- 数年のテクノロジーマネージメントやプロジェクトマネージメントの経験を有することが望ましい。
- 職場での改善実践経験を有するほうが望ましい。
- ITシステムやデジタル製品に関連するプロセスの知識
- デジタルツール(RPA 、Power BI、Power Automate、Power Appsなど)を作成し、活用した経験を有することが望ましい。
- 情報やアイデアを、口頭・文書の両面で分かりやすく伝えられるコミュニケーション力を持つ。
- 業務状況、課題、KPI、リスク、タイムラインを適切に整理し、マネジメントへ効果的に報告できる。
- 相手の意見に耳を傾け、建設的な対話ができる協調性が高い。

Education / experience
- High school diploma or higher diploma.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Several years of experience in technology management and project management is preferred.
- Practical experience in implementing workplace improvements is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and processes related to digital products
- Experience in developing and utilizing digital tools (such as RPA, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps) is preferred.

Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year
Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
