For our Finnish LOC we are looking for a Business Process Excellence Manager who will be enhancing operational efficiency through process optimization, spearheading technology & AI integration into business workflows, and developing learning initiatives.
This role aims to drive continuous improvement, support innovation, and provide insights through KPIs and dashboards to achieve strategic operational goals.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage, Optimize, and Develop Processes: Oversee and enhance the Business Operations team’s processes and tools to improve efficiency.
Advance Technology & AI Integration: Lead initiatives to integrate technology and AI into business processes, driving innovation and improvement.
Drive Continuous Learning and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team and organization, developing programs to build AI competencies.
Develop and Monitor KPIs and Dashboards: Create and track key performance indicators and dashboards to provide insights for business operations and leadership.
Support Business Operations Projects: Assist the team with various projects and initiatives and support the Business Operations team in times of workload peaks as well as provide emergency backfill for all those functions.
KEY CAPABILITIES
Process Optimization Expertise: Ability to implement strategies that enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
AI Integration Skills: Experience in leading the adoption of AI technologies to innovate business processes.
Proficiency in Data Analytics: Skilled in using tools like Tableau and Power BI to develop dashboards and interpret KPIs.
Leadership and Change Management: Strong leadership skills to provide strategic direction, manage change, and minimize resistance to new processes.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, make informed decisions, and align initiatives with business goals.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse audiences and foster teamwork.
Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee process improvement initiatives and manage cross-functional teams.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Ba or Ma in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science or similar – a Ma or MBA with a focus on Operations Management or AI technologies would be a plus.
5+ years of experience with process optimization using AI technologies, project management and Sigma Six or similar
Experience with designing and monitoring KPI’s and dashboards
Fluent in Finnish and English
