Votre mission

Rattaché(e) au Country Head Oncologie France, vous définissez et déployez la stratégie marketing & ventes du portefeuille Oncologie – Tumeurs solides, dans un contexte fortement innovant et en interaction étroite avec les équipes France, régionales et globales.

Vous assurez le leadership de la franchise, fédérez des équipes pluridisciplinaires (marketing, ventes, KAM, médical, accès au marché…) et garantissez une exécution stratégique performante, éthique et durable, dans le respect strict des cadres réglementaires.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Définir la stratégie clients et piloter les Brand Plans sur les aires thérapeutiques Tumeurs solides

  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre les plans tactiques cross‑fonctionnels, intégrant une approche omnichannel et digitale

  • Contribuer activement au développement du pipeline, incluant les lancements et pré‑lancements en lien avec les équipes Région EuCan et Globales

  • Piloter la performance commerciale : prévisions de ventes, budgets (MRP, MYC, LBE, LRF), allocation des ressources

  • Assurer l’adhésion et l’engagement de la force de vente à la stratégie, aux campagnes et aux objectifs

  • Superviser les Plans d’Actions Établissements / Secteurs et collaborer avec les KAMs

  • Développer des relations de haut niveau avec les leaders d’opinion (KOLs) en coordination avec l’équipe médicale

  • Représenter Takeda France dans les instances européennes et globales

  • Manager, développer et engager les équipes (Brand Leads, KAMs), en mettant l’accent sur les compétences digitales et l’usage de l’IA

  • Être un rôle modèle en matière de leadership, d’éthique et de conformité (DMOS, HAS, Charte de la Visite Médicale)

Votre profil

  • Formation scientifique en santé : Médecin, Pharmacien, PhD, Master/MSc Biologie, Pharmacologie

  • Formation supérieure en marketing/commerce (Bac+5, MBA ou Mastère spécialisé)

  • ≥ 10 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie pharmaceutique

  • ≥ 5 ans d’expérience en oncologie, idéalement en tumeurs solides

  • Expérience confirmée en management d'équipe, marketing stratégique et pilotage de force de vente

  • Leadership reconnu, forte capacité à fédérer et à conduire le changement

  • Approche stratégique, orientation résultats, excellentes compétences de communication

  • Anglais courant (oral et écrit)
