JOB LOCATION: Cambridge, MA
POSITION: Platform Manager- US Time and Attendance
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Takeda Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. is seeking a Platform Manager- US Time and Attendance with the following duties: Own technical relationships with vendors in support of projects and ongoing operations; Ensure that solutions are designed, developed, and maintained as part of structured SDLC and ITIL business process; Perform tasks associated with developing integrations into and out of Time and Pay systems; Partner with Product Owners in order to understand their business needs and formulate solutions to address them; Be responsible for understanding ancillary 3rd party systems and vendors that HR utilizes to delivery Time, Pay, and Benefits solutions to employees; Lead the ongoing support of Dimensions including upgrades; Partner with business area leaders to plan and deliver projects; Up to 100% remote work allowed anywhere in the US.
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job
location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field plus 10 years of related experience. Prior experience must include: UKG/Kronos application requirement analysis, design, implementation and testing; Perform troubleshooting and support activities; monitor batch processes, manage vendor communications; Configure Pay policies, Accrual policies, Attendance, time collections policies in Kronos; Configure and support UKG clocks.
Full time. $178,131.00 - $234,800.00 per year
