Role Summary

Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) Specialist with strong expertise in delivering personalized, data-driven customer experiences across digital channels. Experienced in configuring and managing MCP data, user attributes, behavioral tracking, and recommendation strategies to enable real-time personalization.

Skilled in integrating MCP with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leveraging catalog management, ETL feeds, and Einstein Recipe. Designing personalized Web Campaigns using Einstein recipes, rules-based logic, and audience segmentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience

• 6+ years in Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 4+ years of experience in Marketing Cloud Personalization

• Familiarity with Data cloud concepts and Integration.

Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Process improvement mindset; experience with Agile Methodologies is a plus.
