Overview:

The Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in overseeing the accounts payable process, invoice processing, and manual payments. The role involves close coordination with Treasury and Tax operations, including managing local bank accounts, cash flow, and providing key financial insights for tax planning. This individual will also act as a liaison for Transfer Pricing reviews and work with external vendor partners to support tax planning and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Accounts Payable & Invoice Processing:

• Oversee the accounts payable process to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

• Manage and ensure proper invoice processing, resolving discrepancies when necessary.

• Supervise the manual payment process, ensuring proper documentation and approvals in line with internal controls.

Coordinate Treasury and Tax Operations:

• Manage and open local bank accounts and act as a security manager for these accounts.

• Be the authorized approver for payments within established authority limits.

• Oversee and manage cash flows across local bank accounts, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operational needs.

Tax Planning & Legal Entity Management:

• Provide profit, dividend, and tax information related to legal entities to corporate teams for tax planning purposes.

• Work with ISEA Tax teams to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.

Transfer Pricing & Tax Compliance:

• Act as a key liaison for Transfer Pricing reviews and reporting, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with corporate policies.

• Collaborate with ISEA Tax teams to resolve any Transfer Pricing issues and assist in timely reporting.

Vendor and Partner Coordination:

• Provide support for tax planning and collaborate with vendor partners to ensure adherence to legal and tax requirements.

• Assist in managing tax compliance across various vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of required tax information.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Proven experience in finance operations, particularly in accounts payable, treasury, and tax management.

• Strong understanding of tax planning, transfer pricing, and cash management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various teams and external partners.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in finance and accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA or relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).

• Experience in a multinational corporation, particularly within a finance business partner or similar role.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.

• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
