Job Description

Job Title:  Senior FP&A Analyst

Location:  Istanbul, Turkey

About the role: 

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or equivalent from a reputable university
• At least 3 years work experience in finance and/or in multinational Big Four audit and advisory companies
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting is preferred
• Excellent command of English
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs especially Microsoft Excel
• SAP, TM1, BI tool experience preferred
• Strong understanding of IFRS accounting and financial statements
• Result oriented, self-motivated and dedicated
• Ability to analyses and resolve problems

How you will contribute: 

• Perform closing activities, including preparation of IFRS adjustment, variance analysis and reporting
• Perform financial forecasting and budgeting to support business planning and decision-making processes
• Responsible for analyzing complex financial data, preparing detailed reports, and providing actionable insights to support the organization's goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior management, to ensure financial strategies align with business objectives
• Identifying variances between actual and budgeted financial results monthly and following up with actionable insight
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Supporting business development initiatives, actively taking part in projects
