Job Description
This role can be based in Paris, France; Lodz, Poland; or Warsaw, Poland.
About the role:
The Payroll and Benefits Administration, Principal Analyst ensures accurate and timely employee payments, including correct withholding and deductions. This role supports Takeda's mission by managing payroll processes, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
How you will contribute:
Calculate overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, and bonuses
Account for, distribute, and prepare taxes and deductions
Maintain payroll records and prepare reports for management or legislative obligations
Ensure payments comply with collective bargaining agreements, legislation, or other regulatory instruments
Prepare and distribute pay information to employees
Answer questions from employees and supervisors regarding payroll matters
Lead small project teams and provide guidance to junior staff
Skills and qualifications:
Applies a solid understanding of payroll tax concepts in routine and moderately complex situations
Utilizes payroll systems effectively to perform payroll tasks independently
Conducts payroll reporting with minimal supervision, capable of handling moderate complexities
Understands and applies auditing principles in routine payroll audits
Manages multi-state payroll complexities with minimal guidance, understanding state-specific regulations
Demonstrates attention to detail in reviewing payroll documents and records
Handles multiple payroll activities simultaneously with minimal supervision
Proficient in using Kronos software for routine payroll tasks
Applies basic tax preparation principles under minimal supervision
Balances ledgers and manages billing activities with some guidance
Understands and applies payroll laws effectively in daily operations
Leads small project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff
As a senior professional, you're adept at solving a range of moderate scope and complexity problems, occasionally referring to policies and practices for guidance. Your work involves analyzing situations and data, exercising judgment within established procedures, and fostering productive relationships internally and externally. You possess solid knowledge of industry practices and contribute to departmental projects and goals, often engaging in frequent internal and external interactions. You may occasionally lead small project teams and provide informal guidance to junior staff, all while working with minimal guidance yourself.

Le rôle du Coordinateur(trice) Paie et Administration du Personnel (incluant la Rémunérations & Avantages sociaux) est un rôle clé pour fournir avec succès des solutions de gestion du personnel qui nous permettent de développer une expérience Collaborateur exceptionnelle, réalisant ainsi à la fois la stratégie People inspirée du département Europe et la vision globale des ressources humaines dans leur domaine de responsabilité.
Ce poste joue un rôle clé en s’assurant que nos employés bénéficient d'un soutien pour les outils RH, qu’ils soient payés en temps voulu avec une paie conforme, et que les différentes tâches et missions inhérentes au poste sont réalisées conformément aux exigences légales, réglementaires et aux pratiques de paie et d’administration du personnel courantes. Le poste recouvre également la mise en œuvre de programmes, le développement et le soutien de programmes mondiaux, régionaux et locaux.
Missions principales
Veiller à ce que les entrées de paie soient consolidées et traitées avec précision et en temps opportun, conformément aux exigences locales du pays et selon les règles et politiques internes applicables, en s'assurant que les contrôles et la séparation des tâches soient également respectés
S’assurer de la bonne prise en comptes des éléments variables de paie (différents types de primes, les avantages en nature, absences et congés, changements de poste …)
Gérer les différents contrôles de paie de fin de mois (fichiers mensuels, DSN, cotisations mutuelle et retraite …) et soutenir les activités de temps et de présence (GTA)
Gestion et suivi des dossiers du personnel notamment la partie mutuelle prévoyance (adhésion, prévoyance, invalidité…) mais aussi la production de divers documents administratifs
Être en lien direct avec le service Finance pour tous les rapprochements comptables et calculs des diverses provisions
Planifier, faciliter et participer aux réunions et présentations liées à la paie
Soutenir les activités liées à la rémunération et aux avantages sociaux
Fournir des rapports opportuns et précis aux acteurs internes et externes, par ex. Paie COE, enquête du LEEM, DARES, revenus, etc
Travailler avec d’autres fonctions, notamment TBS / RH, pour assurer un flux d’informations cohérent et précis
Travailler avec des prestataires externes concernant le traitement de la paie spécifique de certains employés, par ex. missions d'expatriation et internationales et équité guidées par le Centre d’Excellence de la paie
Participer aux audits réguliers
Assurer une organisation et une cohérence efficace des processus administratifs, dans le cadre d’une logique d’amélioration continue et d’efficacité collective
Être le relais sur la France des communications provenant de la Région
Profil recherché
Excellente compréhension des règles de paie et de la législation en vigueur, notamment du droit de la Sécurité sociale et du droit du Travail serait un atout
Compréhension des programmes de plan d’épargne et de mobilité
Connaissance de ADP, Service Now, SAP HR, Workday souhaitable
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, minimum C1
