As we continue our digital transformation and experience rapid growth in the U.S. and Europe, Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) is now hiring a Customer Finance Solutions Specialist (Accounts Receivable Specialist) with a passion
for digital solutions and helping patients. This is a vital role within the TBS Finance Solutions function— consisting of dynamic teams - supporting Takeda's finance organization in area of customer cash collection, cash
application and credit management.

As a Customer Finance Solutions Specialist, you will provide service and solution in area of cash application. Reporting to the Customer Finance Solutions Team Leader you will be an innovative, trusted partner to business and Finance and Accounting Operations.
Accelerate value & make an impact by:
- Ensuring accurate and timely cash application
- Reconciling bank clearing accounts to maintain accurate records
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Ability to build relationships of trust with internal clients and stakeholders from other departments
• Ability to pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy of records and reports
• Curiosity and improvement-oriented mindset, combined with the ability to continuously reassess and challenge the status quo (ideally with experience or first exposure to Lean or Kaizen techniques)
• Genuine interest and/or experience in external innovations and automation (ERP, WF, Robotics, AI)
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree - preferably in accounting, finance, economics, or a
related field
• Working experience in Accounts Receivables/ Accounting will be an asset
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Business proficiency in English (writing and speaking)
