Job Description
About this role:
The Global Talent Acquisition Lead, Global Capability Center (GCC), Associate Director level, plays a critical role in executing Takeda’s global hiring strategy in support of the Global Capability Model (GCM). Reporting to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition for GCM, this role is responsible for driving high-quality, scalable hiring delivery across the GCC location, ensuring alignment with global standards, operational excellence, and business priorities.
This leader will partner closely with HR teams and business stakeholders to deliver against aggressive hiring plans while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience, process discipline, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end hiring delivery across the GCC location, ensuring achievement of hiring targets with speed, quality and operational discipline.
Manage day-to-day recruiting operations, ensuring adherence to standardized processes, workflows, and technologies.
Lead and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Monitor hiring performance metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, etc.) and implement actions to improve outcomes.
Ensure consistency in service delivery and alignment with global TA operating standards.
Build strong relationships with GCC business leaders, Global TA Solutions and HR partners to understand workforce needs and provide strategic hiring support.
Support cross-training and knowledge sharing across the team to enhance flexibility and scalability.
Contribute to reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide visibility into hiring progress and operational effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Ensure compliance with governance standards, including role calibration, hiring workflows, and data integrity.
Support capability building initiatives to strengthen recruiting expertise and operational effectiveness.
Manage complex hiring challenges and escalations, driving timely resolution in partnership with leadership.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated success in high-volume and/or complex hiring environments.
Experience operating within a centralized or global Talent Acquisition model is strongly preferred.
Experience supporting hiring for Global Capability Centers or similar global delivery environments preferred.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders, drive execution, and deliver results in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and improve performance.
Demonstrated people leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management.

Lodz, PolandBase Salary Range:
zł272,200.00 - zł374,330.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
