大阪工場は、タケダのグローバル製薬サプライ部門(GMS)における世界の重要製造拠点の1つとして、先端技術を導入した無菌製剤製造ラインを保有し、世界各国に高い品質の製品を送り出しています。

ビジネスエクセレンス室は、グローバルと連携しながら、生産性・品質の改善活動プログラム(eAGILE活動)のリードや、プロジェクトマネジメント、パフォーマンスを最大化するための効果的な教育プロセス構築により、大阪工場の戦略展開、パフォーマンス改善、及び継続的な改善文化の醸成を目指して活動しております。

職務内容

大阪工場におけるOperational Excellence(OE)/継続的改善活動の中核人財として、工場戦略に基づく重点課題の解決をリードし、成果創出と人・組織の能力向上を同時に実現する。

・工場戦略に紐づく優先課題・改善イニシアチブのリード

・OE(AGILE Operating System 含む)手法・ツールを活用した現場改善の推進

・現場メンバー・リーダーへのコーチング、ファシリテーション

・他工場・グローバルとの連携によるベストプラクティスの導入・展開

・成果の可視化および工場内外への共有

・改善活動(OE/リーン/CI等)の実践経験

・英語力(TOEIC 730点以上が望ましい)

望ましい要件

・ Power BI、Power Apps、Power Automate、RPA 等のデジタルツール活用経験があれば尚可

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

· As a member of the Business Excellence team, responsible for leading and accelerating Operational Excellence deployment at Osaka Plant.

· Drive and actively implement eAGILE initiatives in the GMS and GQ organization with Operational Excellence skill and AGILE Operating System (AOS) capability

· Deliver the eAGILE program at Osaka site realizing business improvements and engaging all employees.

· Build site capability in eAGILE program through coaching high potential colleagues.

· Participate in eAGILE Community of Practice (COP), sharing best practices across the network.

· Be a champion of change at site:

- Upon two to three years of successful term in this role, AGILE Champions will be considered as viable candidates for the next best-fitting opportunities to further progress their careers in the organization.

ACCOUNTABILITIE

A. Deploy AGILE program across sites:

· Establish common understanding of AGILE Operating System.

· Develop own capabilities and build coaching expertise working with global workstreams to ensure site deploys best known methods.

· Participate in the strategy deployment process at site to understand strategy and support translation into eAGILE activities in roadmap.

· Actively support the delivery of the eAGILE roadmap and wave initiatives, developing skills through co-leading initiatives and eventually lead eAGILE projects.

B. Collaboration:

· Visit other sites occasionally to learn, share, and replicate good practices.

· Be a “new pair of eyes”; provide feedback and receive feedback.

· Support and assist other OE Champions for the sites and functions in their AGILE journey · Actively share best practices through AGILE sharing tools and Community of Practice.

C. Site AGILE roadmap:

· Support creation of site roadmap detailing eAGILE activities which will be executed in the fiscal year in collaboration with the Site Leadership Team.

· Ensure roadmap initiatives are present on SPOT reporting tool.

· Lead elements of the eAGILE roadmap and eAGILE initiatives under the guidance of the site BE Lead. · Align eAGILE deployments with development needs of OE Champions to maximize learning

D. Coaching:

· Coach eAGILE concepts and mindsets and behaviors across the organization, including Senior Leadership and OE Champions.

· Participate in site workshops to improve coaching capabilities.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

· Lean or Six Sigma qualification desirable

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

  • Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

  • Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
