The Opportunity
As a Business Analyst I, you will support the analysis and delivery of digital solutions by working closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams. You will contribute to understanding business needs, translating them into clear requirements, and ensuring solutions meet expected outcomes.
In this role, you will develop your business analysis expertise by working on moderately complex initiatives, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting Agile delivery processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are well understood and solutions are delivered efficiently and with quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives
- Translate business requirements into user stories, epics, and clear acceptance criteria
- Support backlog refinement and work with Product Owners to ensure user stories are well-defined and ready for development
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews
- Work closely with developers and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure shared understanding
- Assist in validating delivered solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Maintain and update documentation to reflect current system behavior and requirements
- Support estimation activities by helping clarify scope and assumptions
- Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and ambiguities in a timely manner
- Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and ways of working
Skills and Qualifications
Must-have Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role
- Experience working in Agile or Lean development environments
- Basic experience in data analysis (e.g., SQL, data validation, or data interpretation)
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of core business analysis practices, including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
- Ability to work with multiple systems and understand basic data flows and system interactions
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe
- Experience with data quality, data validation, or data cleaning activities
- Knowledge/experience with prompt engineering.

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 2200 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
