Summary:
The Global Digital & Campaign Operations Change Management and Adoption Lead will drive digital transformation initiatives across the Global Product Development (GPD) business unit by accelerating the adoption of digital operations. This role requires strategic leadership to implement comprehensive communication plans and develop strategies that showcase and report on the value of digital operations in a tangible, compelling manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Accelerate Adoption
- Lead the seamless integration of digital operations across all functions and regions within the GPD business unit.
- Identify and activate opportunities to expand digital operations services to new locations and business functions.
- Develop and execute strategies to boost user engagement and utilization of digital tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and overcome adoption barriers.
Continuous Communication Plan
- Design and implement an ongoing communication strategy to keep executive and local stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Create clear, concise, and impactful messaging that highlights the benefits and progress of digital initiatives.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and training sessions to facilitate knowledge sharing and enthusiasm.
Value Demonstration Strategy
- Develop a compelling value demonstration strategy that effectively communicates the impact of digital operations.
- Establish a robust reporting structure to monitor and showcase the progress and benefits of digital initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics and feedback to continuously refine value demonstration efforts.
Innovation and Community Building
- Foster a culture of innovation by staying at the forefront of digital transformation trends in healthcare.
- Build and nurture a community around these trends, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging Gen AI technologies to enhance digital operations effectiveness and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in change management, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and innovation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in value demonstration and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
