We are currently hiring for a Brand and Customer Manager Hereditary Angioedema & Transplant to support our Business Franchise Rare Diseases in our office in Zurich Glattpark (Opfikon).

This opportunity offers a fixed term contract until end of March 2026.

As a Brand & Customer Manager Hereditary Angioedema & Transplant you will support and will work closely with the Franchise Lead, Brand and Customer Managers (BCMs), Customer Engagement Lead (CEL), Key Account Managers (KAMs) as well as our cross-functional team with their projects and initiatives. This will include, but is not limited to customer engagement, account management, implementation of the local strategy, support on project management, co-organization of events, co-creation and preparation of marketing and sales materials.

Your tasks in detail:

Marketing:

  • Optimize brand performance by developing and executing marketing and customer engagement strategies, including the Next Generation Customer Experience (NGCE) and leveraging data and analytics to drive insights and actions.

  • Supports key financial tasks for the brand, including the development of annual budgets, brand plans, sales forecasts, quarterly updates, etc., ensuring effective budget control and resource management within predefined project budgets.

  • Lead cross-functional squads that include members from Marketing, Sales, Medical, and OCE teams to drive integrated brand strategies.

  • Support creation of omni-channel solutions including external mailings & newsletter, media & PR activities for all customers in line with the strategy as well as internal promotional and non-promotional training materials

  • Manage and collaborate with creative agencies and digital agencies 

  • Obtain promotional material approval across the respective product portfolio: submission and referencing in Promomats

  • Timely processing of purchase orders, contracts, and accounting; close collaboration with finance where applicable. 

  • Internal stakeholders for assigned projects: Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Patient Advocacy, Supply, OCE and Finance

Sales:

  • Manage relationships between Takeda and key strategic stakeholders

  • Provide a targeted and personalized sales experience to healthcare providers (HCPs) by leveraging digital and analytics tools.

  • Engage with external stakeholders for assigned projects: physicians, agencies etc.

  • Proactively coordinate collaboration with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Patient Advocacy and Commercial (and other internal stakeholders) to ensure alignment in objectives and activities with accounts and external stakeholders

  • Coordinate and co-organize national and international congresses and events in alliance with cross-functional teams and agencies

  • Utilizes advanced analytics to identify high-potential prescribers needs and tailor engagement strategies accordingly

  • Systematically analyze success of plans (e.g. sales, market developments, competitors) and propose mitigating actions as needed

Your Profile

  • Educated (Ma/PhD) in the field of marketing, economics, technology, or natural science 

  • Strong interest in marketing, commercial and modelling tasks to drive market leadership and make an impact for patients 

  • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate these into actionable marketing tactics

  • Outside thinking; advocating patient and HCP perspective into the organization

  • Business acumen and ability to understand and actively contribute to the management of a P&L.

  • Understanding of customers’ needs and ability to translate their needs into highly impactful tactics and solutions.

  • Proficiency in leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to enhance sales strategies.

  • Reliable, willing to learn new things, have a strong self-reflection and show ownership as well as high responsibility for submitted tasks 

  • Strong analytical and communication skills 

  • Business fluency in English and German, good knowledge of French and Italian preferable 

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
