募集部門の紹介

日本法務では約30名のメンバーが東京と大阪で勤務しており、社内関係部門への法務サポートの提供、日本における法務問題への対応、そして株主総会および取締役会の事務局業務を担っております。 また、他地域の法務と協力してグローバルなプロジェクトや法務問題に関する法務サポートを行っております。 わたしたちは、世界中の人々の健康と、輝かしい未来に貢献するため、社内関係部門の皆さんから信頼される法務アドバイザーとして共に邁進し続けます。

職務内容

以下の業務の全部または一部をご担当いただきます。

• 営業部門（ジャパン ファーマ ビジネスユニット、日本オンコロジー事業部）における国内・国際法務業務（法律相談、契約書作成・審査・交渉、プロジェクト支援、紛争対応、法務情報提供等）
• データ、デジタル＆テクノロジーに関する国内・国際法務業務
• 法務部門内プロジェクト、法務部門内のデジタル活用の推進・調整

なお将来的には以下の業務を担当いただくこともあります。

• 外部公表資材関連業務（営業活動資材の審査、プレスリリースの審査等）
• 各種規制対応業務（下請法等の競争法関連規制への対応、安全保障貿易管理への対応等）
• 知的財産その他技術関連の契約業務（作成・審査・交渉等）
• コーポレートガバナンス関連業務（株主総会事務局業務他）

応募要件

＜学歴＞

大学法学部または法科大学院卒（またはそれに準ずる学歴）

＜実務経験＞

法律事務所または企業の法務部門での勤務経験

＜スキル・資格（望ましい要件）＞

• 日本の弁護士資格
• 司法修習終了
• ＩＴスキル
• プロジェクトマネジメントスキル

＜語学＞

ビジネスレベル以上の日本語及び英語力

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

• Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

• Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

• Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

• Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
