製薬業界におけるタケダのプレゼンスを向上するために、医療政策・ペイシェントアクセス統括部は昨年 10 月に新しく産業政策部を設置しました。産業政策部は、政策立案・分析機能と、JPBUプレジデントをサポートするプレジデント・サポート機能が一体的に連携して、国民の健康に貢献するため、政策提言を通して国内外でリーダーシップを発揮し、業界の成長と発展を実現していきます。

職務内容
•   業界団体の政策活動をリード/参加し、制度改革の実現を図る
•   産業全体の発展とレピュテーションの向上を図る
•   行政当局、政治、アカデミアなどの外部ステークホルダーの理解を得る
•   業界団体内の主要企業、事務局との円滑なコミュニケーション
•   政策や規制の動向を的確に把握し、影響を分析
•   JPBUプレジデントのプレゼンスの向上のため、対外的に説得力のある説明資料等の作成
•   政策実現のための業界内のコミュニケーション
•   政府関係者や有識者等との討議
•   政策議論（費用対効果評価等の薬価政策、創薬エコシステム構築、ライフサイエンス、R&D関連政策）

応募要件

＜学歴＞

大学卒業以上

＜実務経験＞
•   製薬業界におけるR&D（創薬/開発）またはメディカルアフェアーズ業務等のScientific分野の業務経験が5年以上
•   製薬企業や関連団体での政策渉外業務の経験
•   政府機関等への出向経験があれば尚可

＜スキル・資格＞
•   創薬プロセスや研究開発型製薬産業に関する深い知識と理解
•   財務、製薬ビジネスおよび業界、経済団体等に関する基本的知見
•   政策決定メカニズムとステークホルダーに関する基本的知識（経験）
•   アカデミア/創薬スタートアップとベンチャーキャピタル（VC）・製薬企業の連携のためのノウハウの熟知
•   政策、制度改革に向けたストーリーの構築のための理論構築力
•   政策決定メカニズムの知識
•   業界内のネットワーク、コミュニケーション力
•   政治、行政関連のステークホルダーとのネットワーク
•   基本的なポリシーメイキングのスキーム
•   医療政策の決定に関わる人・団体との関係構築

Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year
Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
