How you will contribute:
1.负责总经理支持,如机票预定、费用报销等;
2.协助行政相关供应商订单、收货和发票递交流程;
3.辅助管理公章证照线上审批流程;
4.协助组织员工生日会或其他工厂活动;
5.完成领导交办的其它工作事项。
What you bring to Takeda:
1.学历本科及以上,行政管理等相关专业。
2.具有良好的学习能力,做事认真,工作细致,踏实肯干。
3.良好的英语读写能力。
4.良好的理解、沟通协调和团队合作能力。
