About the role:

更好的提升天津工厂长远发展，致力于医药领域更加卓越的贡献。

How you will contribute:

1.负责总经理支持，如机票预定、费用报销等;

2.协助行政相关供应商订单、收货和发票递交流程；

3.辅助管理公章证照线上审批流程；

4.协助组织员工生日会或其他工厂活动；

5.完成领导交办的其它工作事项。

What you bring to Takeda:

1.学历本科及以上，行政管理等相关专业。

2.具有良好的学习能力，做事认真，工作细致，踏实肯干。

3.良好的英语读写能力。

4.良好的理解、沟通协调和团队合作能力。
