Job Description
About the role:
The Associate Director Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls Management is responsible for leading and managing the engineering operations within the organization. This role focuses on ensuring standards of quality, cost, safety, reliability, timeliness, and performance are met in production processes. By optimizing chemical processes and implementing safety protocols, this role contributes to Takeda's mission of bringing better health to people and a brighter future to the world.

As a leader of a functional area or organization, you will set objectives, delegate tasks, and ensure operational success, with reviews by senior management.
