Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. 数据管理与分析

   - 负责日常数据的收集、整理与分析，为团队决策提供数据支持。

   - 协助优化数据管理流程，确保数据的准确性和完整性。

 2. 学习资源支持

   - 整合在线学习平台的资源，提升团队成员的学习体验。

   - 协助维护 GxP 培训包，确保培训内容的时效性和实用性。

 3. 活动策划与执行

   - 支持线上/线下活动的筹备与实施，包括但不限于会议安排、资料准备、现场协调等。

   - 协助团队按时、高质量完成各项交付任务，确保活动顺利开展。

 4. 行政与协调工作

   - 负责会议室的协调与安排，确保会议资源的合理利用。

   - 协助部门内部及跨部门的沟通与协调工作，促进团队协作顺畅。

 5. 创新工作

   - 探索现有常规工作的创新方法，尝试运用 AI 工具或数字化手段提升工作效率。

   - 参与团队内部流程的优化与改进，为团队发展提供创新思路。

6.其他工作

   - 完成上级交待的其他工作任务，积极参与团队的各项活动。

Qualifications & Skills:

1.学历要求： 全日制大学本科及以上

2.专业要求：不限（医药化生相关专业为佳）

3.每周出勤天数：3天及以上

4.能力要求：

-  具有良好的沟通和表达能力（中文/英文）

- 具有优秀的学习能力和不断学习的意愿

- 会使用Office办公软件

- 有良好的组织协调能力，有项目管理和执行经验为佳
