Job Description

Job Title:  SFE Specialist ( 1 year contract)

Location:  Seoul, Korea

About the role: 

To drive the development, implementation and improvements of the operational process to increase sales force efficiency and effectiveness in order to maximize the market share and for the organization within the country.

How you will contribute: 

Sales Force Effectiveness

  • Implement customer profiling, segmentation and targeting process to deliver sales force execution effectiveness & efficiency

  • Manage process of target setting aligned with business objectives and tactics

  • by providing fair territory quota methodologies to individual MR & guiding sales managers to handle related issues

  • Identify, monitor and analyze SFE KPIs achievement including sales performance, sales call activities and CRM engagement/utilization

  • Support BU to implement sales force effectiveness by providing valuable analysis and insight to the sales and management team

  • Design sales incentive compensation schemes to drive the right sales force behaviors and to ensure pay for performance, also manage the incentive evaluation payment process

  • Manage territory alignment and design, sales resource optimization

  • Manage and ensure Veeva ChaRM system fully supports local business need, good data quality, troubleshooting issues relating to system.

  • Manage territory alignment and design, sales resource optimization

  • Conduct SFE related trainings

Data & BI Analytics

  • Build and manage the master data of sales and CRM in EDB  

  • Control sales/CRM data quality by managing step-wised process (such as data standardization/cleansing, storage and visualization) and automatic data refresh with clear/regular timeline

  • Drive the development and enhancement of Commercial Dashboards (both in-house an in partnership with external partners) to monitor business performance

  • Enhance and automate of analytics of Commercial Excellence

What you bring to Takeda: 

  •  Bachelor’s degree or above, related major (e.g. computer science, business) is preferred

  • 3+ years of SFE related experience in pharma is required

  • Knowledge of sales force effectiveness principles

  • Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms for creating dashboards and visualizing data trends

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

  • Proficiency in data analysis and management software: Working knowledge of Salesforce.com/Veeva CRM and Power BI

  • Skills in data standardization, cleansing, and ensuring data integrity, possibly using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.

  • Familiarity with AI platforms that can enhance sales force effectiveness, such as AI-driven sales forecasting tools.

  • Proactive, interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to quickly process complex information

  • Competent in computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)

  • Fluency in spoken and written English
