Missão do cargo:

Responsável pela geração da demanda dos produtos Takeda em seu território, estabelecendo uma entrevista médica de qualidade e de acordo com as normas de ética e compliance da empresa. Implementar as estratégias promocionais definidas, identificando pontos de oportunidade. Construir sólidos relacionamentos com os clientes externos e internos. Administrar de forma responsável os recursos que forem colocados a sua disposição.

Responsabilidades:

  • Conquistar o receituário médico para os produtos sob sua responsabilidade através de uma entrevista de qualidade aplicando as técnicas de venda e implementando as estratégias de marketing, sempre em conformidade com as normas de ética e compliance Takeda;

  • Atingir elevados níveis de conhecimento sobre anatomia, fisiologia, patologia, produtos, concorrentes e estratégia dos produtos sob sua responsabilidade;

  • Responsável pela adequada gestão do painel médico, objetivando o correto direcionamento das ações de marketing planejadas deve: Através da seleção e manutenção dos clientes de maior potencial, número de contatos do setor, roteiro de trabalho produtivo, frequência e sequência, cobertura de visita, manter as informações cadastrais atualizadas;

  • Conhecer o cenário e monitorar de forma contínua os seus resultados através das análises de informações de mercado disponíveis, compartilhando com seu gestor seus diagnósticos e propondo soluções;

  • Buscar o auto desenvolvimento através das ferramentas de treinamento (cursos, avaliações, reuniões);

  • Trabalhar em sinergia com os pares das demais unidades de negócio, visando troca de informações e boas práticas, direcionando esforços em conjunto para o êxito das negociações;

  • Manter uma comunicação eficaz e contínua com seu gestor e áreas afins. Utilizando o IPAD, e-mail, celular conforme política da companhia. Cumprir os prazos para envio de relatórios de acordo com a diretriz vigente;

  • Prestar suporte ao Gerente Regional em atividades administrativas e planejamento de eventos locais.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência anterior em Propaganda Médica;

  • CNH ativa;

  • Disponibilidade para Viagens;

  • Superior Completo;

  • Comprometimento em aprimorar e abraçar a cultura de DE&I.

Desejável:

  • MBA/Pós Graduação.

 Diferencial:

  • Haver atuado com médicos psiquiatras, neurologistas e/ou gastros.

Conhecimentos Específicos:

  • Habilidade como usuário em Informática (Pacote Office);

  • Curso de Técnica de Vendas e Atendimento ao Cliente;

  • Conhecer o mercado Farmacêutico

Localidade: Cobertura das cidades de Vitoria, Vila Velha, Vitória, Serra e arredores. O profissional deverá residir em uma delas.
