Missão

Desenhar a estratégia da Franquia garantindo que a área tenha os recursos financeiros e humanos adequados ao objetivo de ampliar o padrão de tratamento da doença no país e experiência com o produto, assegurando a reputação e confiança da Takeda em seu mercado de atuação através de planos de marketing e promoção eficientes que possibilitem o acesso aos medicamentos, entendimento da jornada do paciente e desenvolvimento de negócios sustentáveis

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Planejar e gerenciar as estratégias de marketing e promoção de medicamentos para os produtos por meio de melhoria contínua no entendimento da jornada do paciente, garantindo acesso e soluções em saúde aos pacientes

  • Implementar iniciativas para otimizar o ecossistema de saúde relacionado as enfermidades para as quais possuímos tratamentos, criando condições para uso ampliado da medicação, visando melhoria de diagnóstico, acesso e tratamento

  • Garantir o conhecimento e entendimento das necessidades do cliente através da oferta de opções de tratamentos eficazes com objetivo de entender a jornada do paciente

  • Entender as necessidades dos pacientes e do mercado para traçar estratégias de atuação go-to-market com objetivo de fomentar iniciativas nacionais e regionais

  • Participar da elaboração da política comercial em conjunto com a área de administração de vendas, com objetivo de garantir melhores condições comerciais para a equipe e clientes

  • Entender o ecossistema em que está inserido e atuar junto com outras áreas em interações não promocionais e temas administrativos com objetivo de propor soluções em saúde de forma ágil

  • Garantir que a equipe tenha um nível adequado de conhecimento em relação ao produto através de capacitação em parcerias com outras áreas com objetivo de oferecer aos clientes as melhores soluções em saúde

  • Desenhar e executar o plano de marketing da franquia por meio de estratégias de marca e disponibilidade de produto visando a ampliação de pacientes beneficiados com os produtos da franquia

  • Atuar no lançamento de produtos e acompanhamento de pipeline futuro em parceria com iniciativas globais através de análises de novos mercados com objetivo de garantir viabilidade, disponibilidade de produtos e comunicação eficazes

  • Localizar e adaptar as estratégias regionais e globais ao contexto da Takeda Brasil através de análises locais visando garantir acesso e disponibilidade de produtos e tratamentos
