Missão do Cargo:

O Analista de Planejamento Financeiro Sr será responsável por elaborar relatórios gerenciais financeiros, analisar informações disponíveis no sistema global e carregá-las no sistema local. Atuará no auxílio aos Business Partner, visando identificar melhorias e suportar a tomada de decisão em diversos níveis organizacionais.

Principais Responsabilidades:

Conferir e carregar informações consolidadas de vendas, despesas e custos no IBM Cognos TM1, além de elaborar e atualizar relatórios financeiros durante o fechamento mensal.
Desenvolver e implementar melhorias no sistema interno (IBM Cognos TM1) para garantir a clareza e qualidade das informações divulgadas.
Suportar a elaboração e consolidação de valores relativos ao orçamento e revisão orçamentária, fornecendo relatórios financeiros consolidados.
Reportar informações do orçamento financeiro para o sistema global utilizando a ferramenta global, respeitando os prazos estabelecidos.
Auxiliar o time de Business Partner, fornecendo suporte em análises.
Auxiliar no processo de fechamento mensal, interagindo com o time da contabilidade e fornecendo relatórios relevantes.
Preparar apresentações executivas referentes à performance de resultados mensais e preparação de apresentações executivas para as aprovações orçamentárias.

Pré requisitos:

Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou Engenharia.
Necessário inglês avançado.
Necessário conhecimento e conceitos de P&L, Product Profitability e Análise de Preço e Volume, essencial para executar as atividades de fechamento e de análises financeiras.
Ter boa análise crítica e capacidade analítica com dados financeiros, principalmente real x orçado.
Conhecimento em MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Desejável conhecimento em IBM Cognos TM1.
Desejável conhecimento de processos orçamentários.
Comprometimento em aprimorar e abraçar a cultura de DE&I.
